About Nicholas
I have been producing music both for my own projects as well as other artists for the last 10 years and have covered a wide range of musical styles in that time. Along with my professional experience I also earned a bachelors degree in Music and Recording Technology from California State University Monterey Bay where I studied music theory, audio recording and mixing. My background has made me into a well-rounded music creator and I believe I will be able to help expand your skill set in any direction you’re looking to go.
I graduated from California State University Monterey Bay with a bachelors degree in Music and Recording technology which consisted of music theory, musicianship, audio recording and mixing.
I have also worked professionally as a producer for other artists and singer-songwriters for the last several years.

My process for working with a new student starts with a short phone call. I want to get an idea of where they are at, what kind of music they like and what it is they want to learn. This helps me tailor the lesson plan suite their specific needs.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
For begginners I would reccommend students think about the artists that inspire them to make muisc and what it is about each of those artists' music that captures their attention.
For intermediate level creators, what areas of your music making skillset are your week points? Where are you currently finding a gap in your knowledge or experience?
