About Annette
Collaborative Healthcare and Training Institute train individuals to become Certified Nurse Aide.
A state of Georgia approved and certified program,privately owned.
This is a 2 week program ,10 hrs day, Monday -Friday,8am-6pm.Designed to educate and train individuals on the aspects of caring for individuals that needs help with their basic needs of life, and,activities of daily living focusing on a holistic and person centered approach.
After completion of program,students will have to pass a competentcy written and skill exam submitted by the state of Georgia to validate certification.
Collaborative Healthcare has an excellent passing rate and offer classes year round.
I enjoy the smile ,positive,and caring attitude that each student contribute to the heath care society.
To see the joyous expression on their face when they completed the program and pass all competency exams.
After completion of this program,to receive a phone call from the students stating they are seeking to further their education in the healthcare field,LPN,RN,Nurse Practitioner,Physician,etc.
I am a Registered Nurse,MSN,CNS,and has 40 plus years in nursing ,leadership and administration.
I am the CEO and owner of Collaborative Healthcare. Over the past 10 years ,I have trained over 600 students and maintain and excellent passing rate with the State of Georgia.
