Welcome to Dragonfly MMA Studio, where we blend the art of discipline with the thrill of sport. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, NY, we offer expert-led martial arts classes and dynamic soccer training sessions.
I am Master Taz who is originary for Sardinia Island grew up in a soccer and Martial art environment for more than 4 decades.
*Muay Thai is the "Art of Eight Limbs," a Thai martial art and combat sport. Fighters use fists, elbows, knees, and shins for striking, along with sweeps and clinching techniques. It develops powerful strikes, speed, and excellent cardiovascular endurance for effective self-defense. programs are designed to empower individuals of all ages by enhancing physical fitness, boosting self-confidence, and fostering a sense of community.
*Learning soccer offers valuable life lessons. It promotes teamwork, requiring communication and cooperation to achieve shared goals. Players develop discipline, responsibility, and perseverance through training and facing challenges like losses.
