About Hidiante

Hello! My name is Diante & I love helping others elevate in life through fitness & nutrition & have always had a passion to help others experience more self worth & become the best versions of themselves. I am currently a Sports nutritionist, Corrective exercise specialist, group fitness specialist, neuro-sensory specialist, & Cpt. I started as an athlete myself lettering in 4 sports & playing division 1 college football & finishing up as a free agent for the NFL. I have battled some injuries over the years but managed to heal myself & make it back into pro sports where I am currently a professional baseball player.

I love working with kids & have always loved helping people feel better about themselves. Working with me is like being on the field or at work but also being on a mini vacation filled with many progressions & the only lows we have are when we go inward to face whatever is holding you back, then come out a stronger version of yourself, we will knock out each task with the utmost focus on form but also have a great time with good music & upbeat energy. You will always be pushed & encouraged in my space because we thrive when we have support. Everyone gets better with me, physically, mentally, & emotionally!
