Mi nombre es Abdel soy licenciado en Cultura Física Deporte y Salud, tengo más de 25 años de experiencia como entrenador de fútbol, preparador físico, psicólogo deportivo, dietista y experto en acondicionamiento físico. He trabajado con los equipos nacionales infantiles, escolares y juveniles femeninos de fútbol de Cuba por décadas .He trabajado también como entrenador personal y masajista profesional en un Gym privado de un salon de belleza de mujeres, incluyendo adolescentes, embarazadas, discapacitadas, con problemas de adicción y conducta, lo que enriquece mi trabajo. Soy muy exigente, la Salud e integridad física de las personas está por encima de todo ,soy pedagogo ,y la formación educativa y formal va implícita. Soy alegre y accesible a todos.
