About Rodrigo
Rodrigo Blanco is a Colombian - American portrait photographer, Master Photoshop Retoucher and stock photographer for Getty Images in Boston, Massachusetts.
Along with my education, I always kept teaching my self on new techniques with the upcoming of the digital photography revolution and by sharing my work, people around me started asking me "how did you do that?" and I started sharing my knowledge. 10 years ago I came across an opportunity to teach a large group of students and I took on the challenge by taking completely novice level students and get them up to speed with enough knowledge and hands-on training to perform and engage into projects where they didn't have the confidence to deliver the results expected. I also have a Youtube channel dedicated to teaching people how to use their computers on the Mac OS platform.
I am a graduate of the Professional Photography program at The New England School of Photography. I was a Digital Photography instructor for the BCAE (Boston Center for Adult Education) in Boston, Massachusetts for 3 years. I am also a full-time professional photographer specializing in portraiture, landscapes, products, and stock photography.

I am a hands-on trainer. I will instruct my students with real-life situations and with the equipment they own, reinforcing repetition. Practice until they understand how to achieve the results they expect.
I have worked with students with zero knowledge of photography to professionals with needs to improve their skills in areas where they lack experience.
Talk to them and bring on exactly what is it that you are expecting to get from their time and knowledge. Be very specific. Photography is a very broad art and you have to make sure that the instructor or teacher knows what you need.
