About Andrew
My service stands out because I genuinely enjoy teaching others how to capture great images. I never cut corners because I honestly love photography. I remember how complicated it was for me to learn the mechanics behind taking great photos. In hindsight, it should have never been that difficult, so I enjoy providing that bridge for those who what to enter this creative space.
I simply enjoy helping others learn new things about photography as well as potentially turning their passion into a profit.
I got stated teaching once I began taking photography as more than just a hobby (over 3 years ago) when a former model I worked with gained an interest in photography.
I have over 3 years of professional paid experience in portrait photography. Nothing beats a formal education besides experience!

My process is focused first and foremost on getting to know my student and ensuring that they are comfortable with their equipment. This is extremely important, especially when working with a new student. Then, I can begin focusing on what my student actually needs. My lessons are individualized, not generically taught. I would never waste my students time or resources on information that they do not need.
I have worked with everyone from beginners to professional freelance photographers. I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone, but personally get the most gratification from beginners as they are most receptive to new information. :)
My best advice would be to hire someone who is genuinely passionate about teaching the art of photography and nothing else. They should make you feel like their first and only student. It's easier said than done, but one free consultation with a teacher can help you determine if they are the right match for you.

Fortunately, I do not have a standard pricing system. Everyone has different levels of experience and different needs. Therefore, my pricing is individualized for every student depending on the level of knowledge they are seeking.
