About Michaela
I have extensive teaching experience working with all ages and various abilities. I am experienced working with children with ADHD and other learning disabilities. I have worked as a dance teacher for over 5 years and was a chemistry teaching assisant at my college. I also have helped teach preschool and schoolage curriculum while working in a daycare. I am currently acting as a distance learning teacher for my brother so I am capable and willing to help anyone!
I enjoy being able to share the knowledge and experience that I have with others and seeing them grow. I love to get others interested in STEM and seeing them become as passionate about science as I am!
I got started teaching as an assistance dance teacher while in middle school and high school and have never stopped!
I have a Bachelors degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in chemistry with a minor in religion. I embranced my liberal arts education and have taken coursework in a wide variety of subjects. Nearly all of my prior jobs have been in either a teaching or mentorship role.
