About Gina
We specialize in Empowering our students through a Fitness based dance style using a vertical apparatus for over 12 years all while having FUN!
Flying like a bird, slithering like a snake, or rippling like hot molten lava are all “possible” using a dance pole. Anyone, of any age, willing to explore new and healthy, playful possibilities can go for a spin!
Fit For a Goddess is where modern means are merged with ancient moves to create a full mind, body, and spiritual workout. This type of empowering, confidence boosting expression allows women to reconnect with their innate and divine feminine while having a heck of a lot of fun getting fit! In addition to the sumptuous stretches and sexy strength building moves, dance poles are incorporated in the Fit For a Goddess experience. We’ve only recently re-discovered that climbing and playing on poles need not be reserved for children on playgrounds, firemen, gymnasts, and/or nightclub dancers. So, come get fit with us and learn how to fly. I guarantee you’ll have fun!
