About Madison
I am currently an undergraduate student at Yale majoring in neuroscience and Spanish on the pre-medicine track. I have had multiple tutoring (paid and unpaid) experiences over the past 4 years and truly love helping others feel confident in subject areas that they may feel unsure about. I have already tutored in middle school mathematics, SAT prep, College essay prep, and calculus, but am willing to teach more subjects as listed in my profile.
Service and helping others in need is something I have always loved to do. Meeting new people and creating connections with tutees makes this job truly such a pleasure.
I have always been interested in tutoring since the beginning of my high school career, and I signed up to tutor in high school when I was involved in the National Honors Society and the Math Honors Society.
I have tutored high school students as a Junior and Senior in high school regarding calculus, the sciences, and other mathematics courses. As of now, I am involved in the Yale Education Tutoring Initiative where I tutor a student in SAT prep and college essay prep. I also currently tutor a 7th grade middle school student in pre-algebra.

Pricing is all dependent on the difficulty of the course and the grade level. I understand that tutoring can be quite expensive, and I am willing to negotiate and work acceptable prices out with my tutees and their family.
