About Ivonne
My name is Ivonne Davila-Beegle, I've been quilting and sewing for 35 years. For the past decade I've been teaching quilting and sewing classes at our local quilt shop but I also teach online and to small groups. I have an online sewing group on Facebook @JellyRollClub
I have have a long waiting list of people wanting to take my in person lessons. I have taught every type of sewing class over the past decade, from garmets to full sized quilts. Quiltiing is my speciality including free motion quilting on a small machine.

About the lesson

My specialty is working with novice sewers/quilters. Our lessons begin an instroduction to a sewing machine and how to use the feet, followed by sewing a variety of seams. Students will progress to make a variety of items such as small bags with zippers, and placemats. Lastly, students who wish to continue will learn the basics of quiltiing from start to finish. Lesson can be adjusted based on the needs of the students and their level of experience.
