About Ron
I am a former United States Marine who has made a career out of becoming the best firearms instructor I can be. My instructor certifications come from the NRA, California DOJ, SIG Sauer Academy and more.
I work with beginners through advanced level armed professionals and military operators. I am MACTAC certified as well as an Active Shooter Response Instructor.
I seek to make a positive impact in peoples lives every day. There's no better place to learn how to grow in confidence and skill sets like there is in a professional class. Over the years I have trained with and competed at world class facilities and levels.
I hold nothing back from anyone and have always been successful in helping gun owners improve in the areas they are seeking to master in pistol, long range rifle, tactical carbine and more.
I have always gravitated toward teaching. I have been teaching firearms classes for many years and also teach drums to beginners in my private studio.
I wake up each day seeking to make a positive impact in peoples lives.
I am a former United States Marine and have been training shooters for 40 years in military, law enforcement and family environments. My students leave with confidence in their training and tools to help each student progress.
I am certified by SIG Sauer Academy, California Department of Justice, the NRA and more. I have worked hard to maintain my credentials and keep my own training current over the years. I look forward to sharing my expertise with you!

I evaluate where each student is related to their goals and focus each class on improvement. I follow the most current training methods in 100% private or private group classes on our private range.
I have worked with absolute beginners to advanced level military operators, FBI Agents, Law Enforcement across the country and more.
It's important to understand that almost anyone can call themselves an "instructor." Many will tout an NRA Certificatin or even law enforcement history. That does not usually equal someone being a professionally trained Fierarms Instructor from the world class certifications I have earned and maintained with SIG Sauer Academy and others.
Ask instructors you talk to about their resume of education in the field of Firearms Instruction and then call me back 😎

Most 3-4 hour classes are $275-325 depending on supply needs. As in many things during these times shooting supplies have risen in cost. We do not markup actual costs of the equipment or items you need for class. If you are a beginner, I'll supply everything you need on range day.
