About Kelsey
Traveling Music Lessons will help you find the right teacher for your family with lessons that occur in the comfort of your home! Our talented teachers travel to you, and teach the lesson in your home. They all have music degrees, or equivalent work experience, and they have all passed a background check.
If you let us know what schedule works best for you, we can match you with a teacher and connect you for a lesson!
Our teachers hold music degrees or equivalent work experience. They all pass an audition screen, and we make sure they are not only excellent players, but also educated in music theory and aural skills.

Initially, we are thrilled to hear you want to work with us and join our music school. Once we hear from you, we will ask for your contract information (email and/or phone) and your scheduling needs. From there, we will reach out to our teachers and see who is available to accommodate your request. After we have booked the lesson, your teacher will arrive at your home during the designated time, and you will explore your inner musician!
We work with all ages, all styles, all walks of life. Our oldest student is 90 years old, and our youngest is 3. Don't be shy! It is always a good time in your life to explore your inner creativity. Invest in yourself.

Perfect! It was so easy to find an instructor and book lessons. Andrew is wonderful with my young son. He is soft spoken and keeps the lessons interesting.
Perfect! Renata is an absolutely amazing piano teacher. She’s so patient and intuitive with me (I’m an adult student with zero experience) and she has totally helped me put my insecurities about starting an instrument in my 30’s aside. She’s actually made me feel confident that I can achieve my goals. I am excited to see all I’ll continue to learn with her leading the way!
Perfect! Renata has done a fantastic job working with my 10year old daughter on voice lessons. She is prompt, very knowledgable & she is very easy to work with. My daughter had never had voice lessons before & it has been a great experience.

I have really enjoyed Elliot! He is easy going, patient and a really good teacher. I have only had a few lessons and I am starting to feel comfortable playing the Ukele. I am so glad I got connected with him.
Abigail seemed to be very knowledgeable about all of the questions that I asked and very open to trying all of the styles I wanted to work on.She also gave me good tangible things to work on during the days that she was not giving lessons to me. Although this a review written after our first lesson, compared to my last teacher the advice that she gave me is already helping me to improve.
I've been very happy with my experience learning from Bo. He really breaks it all down and encourages practice with clear goals/intentions that have made progress very tangible and satisfying. I'm only a few weeks in and loving it!

I was skeptical about taking guitar lessons. In the past a lot of instructors could play but weren't teachers. The teachers at Traveling Music Lessons are very professional. They are committed to teaching. My guitar teacher is competent and caring. This has been a great experience for me. My progress is much more than I expected. I highly recommend Traveling Music Lessons for adults or younger people.

Lessons are $45 for 30 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes and $75 for 60 minutes. Pricing is per student and lessons are reserved up front.
