The first step involves an introduction to determine genre preference, learn background of previous training and/or analyze where the student is currently with their abilities.
Then, the curriculum can be developed to help them strengthen areas that are weak and continue to meet their needs as they have expressed.
I have worked with Elementary, Junior High, High School, College and Adult students.
I would advise them to find someone who makes them feel comfortable in a space to learn, but will also push them to get results.
I began helping a business partner with training for her upcoming music project. The way her voice has matured in only six weeks makes me so proud. Knowing that I could take a shy person and help them open up means a lot to me.

She is very patience, concern, understandable and caring. What matter the most is she is nonjudgmental.
She is not afraid to correct and demonstrate. She helps you figure out the difficult places and always has an exercise to make it less uncomfortable. She challenges me and believes in me. She makes sure it is a safe space to mess up. She makes it less embarrassing to see your flaws, while giving great lessons to turn them into strengths. I have seen major progress in only 2 month. And we have worked together via zoom. I highly recommend!
