About Ashley
I am a graduate of Trevecca University with a degree in Vocal Performance. As part of my study, I took 8 semesters of private voice lessons. I worked as assistant choral director for three years for Trevecca's treble choir and SATB choir, and I'm currently interning for Vox Grata Women's Choir. I took classical piano lessons from age 5-14 and continue to learn piano on my own. I sing at church and have been hired for studio vocals as well! I love to perform and work with musicians in many different capacities and try to gain experience whenever possible.

I work with students who have many different interests. Some are interested in theatre, some in pop, some in classical music, and some in all of the above. I believe it's important to give students the resources they need to succeed no matter what genre of music they're interested in! I always incorporate some classical technique in my teaching because it lays a great foundation for all styles of music. My first lesson with every student always includes a conversation about their goals and desired learning outcomes.
I currently am working with beginner and intermediate students from ages 5-70 and would love to take on more students of all ages and interests!

Great communication and care about the students
She is an exellent piano teacher,and my daughter loved her.
We are new to Grand Staff Music school, but are having a wonderful experience starting out!
