About Hannah

(concealed information) speaks for itself.

Do more than "learn how to sing." Embrace your voice. Gain confidence. Push your existing skills to be able to compete with the top performers of the world. Learn a HEALTH-based technique from an experienced singer who has been paid to travel the world as a performer. Forget cheap videos from random singers on Instagram and Youtube: my lessons provide foundational technique based on 15+ years of training from the top professionals in the industry. Now I'm bringing you what I'VE learned from 10+ years of professional experience, right to your mobile device, for a bangup price.

Classes are 1-on-1. I encourage students to relax and feel comfortable in their voices and bodies; therefore spectators are discouraged except for parents of minors. My lessons are a no-stress environment free of judgment.

Lessons are offered to both English- and Spanish-speaking students.

Whether it's just for fun, a hobby, something you're exploring professionally, or you're already a seasoned professional looking to level up.... I have the training you need.

 From my website:

Hannah is an American dancer and vocalist. She has built an international theater career of in-the-round productions, such as the first-ever female lead in "Spectra's Cabaret" with Royal Caribbean on their premiere ship in China. Before traveling abroad, she cut her teeth in American regional theater, TV, and concerts (Drew Gasparini at 54 Below). In 2019, she was cast by EPlus Productions (MGM, Paramount, The Masked Singer) as the fiery lead vocalist, Miss Monet, in two signature productions. When she's not on cruise ships, Ms. Brady produces her own headliner shows (Girls Night Out, Hannah Sings the Truth, A Dove on the Beach, Golden Era Evening) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Hannah is fluent in Spanish and has toured the east and west coasts of Mexico.

Theater and concert appearances:

Diana Villamonte (La Voz Mexico)

 Kirstin Maldonado (Pentatonix)

Mike Longo (Aladdin Broadway)

Deanna Doyle (Phantom of the Opera Broadway)

Andrew Kober (School of Rock Broadway)

Drew Gasparini (Universal Music)

Lauren Pritchard (Panic! At the Disco)

My lessons start with full warmup. We cover physical health/longevity, breath control, vocal anatomy, and vocal technique. Depending on the student's basic ability (beginner or professional) I mold the class on what they WANT in consideration of what they NEED. We do repertoire of the student's choosing  as well as songs I decide would be good for them to practice on the side. Online lessons are easy and streamlined: find a track on youtube (original or karaoke), and sing to me. I listen, offer feedback, and provide specific exercises tailored to your needs and goals.

Students may audio record class with the strict understanding that their recordings may NOT be published in any way online or otherwise. This is for your personal growth and practice and is not to be shared with third parties.

I offer scholarship discounts to students IN NEED on a per-case basis. This is aimed at providing opportunity to local kids (who may only speak Spanish or limited English) who show potential and most importantly discipline! If you know a local student who could use some help, please refer them to me.

My students range from preprofessionals kids and teens, to amateur retired adults looking for an outlet of expression. I teach in both English and Spanish, and have taught students with extensive experience as well as absolute beginners. I consider my strong suit to be dancers who need to learn to sing for their work (musicals, movie musicals, TV shows, etc). I myself am a dancer-turned-singer and am probably the best person to train with when making the transition.

Especially if you are hoping to WORK as a singer or performer in general: you NEED a teacher who has actual performance experience that is CURRENT! You can learn a lot from someone who worked 20 years ago, but you will never break into the current field unless you have up-to-date training from someone who's still working (like myself). If it were not for the recent pandemic, I would still be working on cruise ships and in theaters today. I plan to continue working in order to better inform and train my own student roster.

My lessons often end up as a vocal therapy session. Many students have come into lessons feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or uncertain of themselves or their voices. More than one student has cried during lessons, but tears of joy I promise! I have learned various methods by which people learn, and oftentimes all they need is to get out of their own heads. So do it! Get out of your head and have some confidence in yourself!

Some of my favorite work has been working in India and Dubai as the lead singer of 2 cruise ship productions. I met people from a part of the world I had never visited before, and got to perform some of my favorite music (Jessie J, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera, etc).

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask yourself:

-Does this teacher have working experience in the field I'm studying?

-Does this teacher challenge me?

-Does this teacher give me confidence?

-Does this teacher's methods make sense to me? I.e. when they explain concepts to me, do I understand their way of explaining?
