About Sophia
I have always loved to express myself through song and songwriting. The whole thing can be incredibly transformative and healing! I decided to pursue music professionally a few years back, and I've already hit massive milestones in my career. I'd love to help you do the same if you're looking to pursue music, professionally/full-time. Or, if you do it for fun, and are looking for a little more guidance.
For me, singing is one of the most joyous experiences!
my favorite part is watching how other people light up when they do what they love.
I started teaching with a young 13-year-old girl who is the daughter of a family friend. She was looking for guidance on her songwriting, and overall confidence when singing live.
It was such an incredible experience! I fell in love with teaching when I realized I could help those who were once in my position.
I've done so much extensive research throughout the years on the best techniques to strengthening my singing voice. I've learned how to write catchy songs all the way down to the right foods to eat for your voice.

I like to get to know my students to get an idea of what steps I should take with them. I always like to start off with breathing and vocal exercises. if they are coming to me for songwritting support thats a little diffrent but usually they clients want vocal lessons or both.
mostly beginners, but I've also worked with a few intermediate singers, who wanted to help with their songwriting specifically. I am open to anyone and everyone!
I would suggest sitting with yourself and figuring out your personal goals, strengths, and weaknesses.
(don't be afraid by the word weakness, we are all human. Therefore, we are not perfect.
