Caleb was beyond professional, he showed me exactly how to execute the workout and explained how the movements affected my body! Working with Caleb gave me the confidence I needed to fully commit to my workout journey! 10/10 would recommend!
He was very attentive and guided me through my workouts and training. The level of patience he had with me was great as he moved my pace! The knowledge that he shared regarding my workouts and body’s function was very insightful and it truly helped me! I can’t wait for our next session!!
It was great. The workouts are tuff and effective. Leaving you feel accomplished and moving forward toward your goals.
