About Alex
Having spent 10 years coaching various sports, I have learned that there are exercises that can be tweaked to work in more than one. What I learned growing up and participating I soaked in and have learned how to communicate those lessons.
I am a certified soccer coach (20+ years), have coached and been commissioner of baseball and soccer leagues. I lead the youngest and smallest team in an 8 team volleyball tournament and came within 2 pts of bronze.
