About Daniel
Welcome! Our training philosophy centers on improving five key areas: Your unique soccer talent, mindset, athleticism, the Breath, and your Lifestyle. By improving these very important fundamentals we aim to help our clients perform better on the field, gain confidence with the ball, prevent injuries, achieve a "flow state," play by instinct, and naturally enhance energy levels.
My name is Daniel Pena, founder of The Art of Football (soccer). I have been playing soccer competitively for 10+ years and the highest levels I have played at are UPSL (4th division in USA) and at the University Level (club soccer). I graduated from San Jose State with a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in rehab science and I am a Certified Personal Trainer.
