About Black crown
Experienced, licensed youth coach dedicated to personalized player development, technical growth, and building a lifelong love for the game.
My training sessions are thoughtfully planned around the individual needs of each player. I start with speed and agility drills, to get a base understanding of the players balance and coordination. That will lead us into ball control, confidence, or technical development. I tailor every session to align with a player’s position, skill level, and long-term goals. Lastly, we will finish each session with some type of 1v1 or scenario type drills to get them in play mode and implement what we learned from the earlier drills. Group sessions will conclude with a small sided scrimmage or a team based scenario drill.
As players grow, we begin incorporating position specific drills and tactical strategies helping them understand the game on a deeper level. Homework is a key part of this process, encouraging players to study and apply tactical concepts beyond the field.
During the off-season, the focus shifts to strength training and conditioning, while in-season sessions emphasize speed, agility, body shape, spatial awareness, and nutrition.
Ball mastery, first touch training, and consistency remain central year-round. I also provide personalized feedback to parents after each session and stay up to date on soccer news and trends to help families navigate the sport confidently.
