About Predrag
My name is Peja Ilic and I have played for 5 years in Serbia’s Division 1. I moved to the United States in 2012 and played for the Columbus Crew and Virginia Royals. I record personal training sessions and can provide feedback after each session.
I love to connect with soccer players and ensure we work on the things they need in order to be a more complete player. I work on ball control with both feet, dribbling, shooting, finishing, headers, coordination as well as balance and fitness. We can also work on the tactical side of the game and talk about certain positions. I am available for my players 24/7 in case they want support, motivation or just simple advice.
I have played soccer for a long time and I still do. The soccer game has given me an identity and a place where I feel the most comfortable. I think giving my passion to young players and seeing them grow is the best job I can ask for. I enjoy every second of it.
I currently have USSF "C" soccer coaching license as well as a Level 2 Futsal Diploma

I have worked with players as young as 7 years old and now coaching 16-year-olds.
They should think about whether the coach is reliable, professional, trustworthy, and has the knowledge to teach/coach their kid.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should ask about the coach's experience, whether the coach can travel to a certain location, what equipment is coaching using, and what is the coach's practice plan.

Perfect! Coach Peja is a very seasoned soccer coach with a great temperament and coaching style. My daughter started training with Peja one year ago, and the growth she has experienced as a result of her one-on-one coaching with Peja is incredible. My daughter struggled in several areas (ball control and handling, technique, passing accuracy, speed and agility, etc.) and needed extra time outside of league practice to address these issues. She was lagging behind her peers and she feared that she may not make an academy (travel soccer) team. Peja established a training regimen based on my daughter’s skill level and ultimate goals, and he routinely refined his training program as she improved. He was thoroughly engaged in her development, requesting feedback from me and her league coach, checking in on her during practices, and even attempting to attend her games. Peja is a coach who truly cares about the individual and he has an outstanding character. My daughter ended up making the premier academy team and we owe it to Coach Peja.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the coaches. They were always quick to address any queries or concerns I had, providing thorough and well-thought-out responses. They are highly skilled and attentive to your needs.
The coaches demonstrated a remarkable skill in breaking down activities into easily digestible pieces, making the learning experience both enjoyable and informative. They challenged me to push my boundaries and go beyond my comfort zone.
Throughout my engagement with PI Training, I also felt supported and motivated.
I highly recommend PI TrainingPeja is a phenomenal coach and has worked one on one with my 14 year old daughter for a few months. Her goal is to take her game to the next level, and Peja has already made an impact. He identified areas of weakness such as shooting form and turning technique and created drills to help her address these issues. He is an excellent communicator with an optimistic and positive approach. My daughter has more confidence on the field and has grown as a player. She looks forward to these sessions. I would highly recommend Peja to any player looking to take their game to the next level.
Coach Pedja is great ! Very mindful and confident . My daughter enjoyed working with him .
My kids have had an amazing progress since we started working with coach Peja. Level of professionalism and energy that he brings to each class is unbelievable. Thank you coach, I'm blessed to have you teaching my kids!
Coach Peja cares tremendously about everyone he works with. I knew right away that’s he’s passionate, motivational and hungry to make you better as a player. He’s very knowledgeable and detail-oriented but at the same time, my U15 felt like she could talk to him. He also made me feel comfortable as a parent not only did he work with our schedule but I was always informed of the practice plan. My daughter has improved as a player but she also gained confidence in the field, she now talks about reaching “new heights”.

My pricing is $75/session. The session is 1 hour long but I am definitely willing to spend more time and talk to the parent/player and give feedback. I am open to discounts if we do group sessions (3,4 players).
