About Andrea
Dance for Life Wellness has been sharing the mental, physical and emotional benefits of social partner dance with all ages for more than 30 years. Multiple studies show that social partner dance will improve your balance, flexibility, physical strength and mental focus. The Albert Einstein School of Medicine found it to have the highest impact of all dementia-reduction activities studied - social dance may delay or diminish the effects of dementia by up to 76%!
Located in the Twin Cities of St. Paul & Minneapolis, MN, we offer flexible programming designed for all ages, with particular experience working with ambulatory Alzheimer's and Parkinson's patients and their caregivers.
