About Olivia
¡Hola¡ I am a college student studying to be a Spanish teacher. I currently teach preschool and work at an after school. I have just begun tutoring on the side! I have worked with middle schoolers and elementary schoolers in Spanish classrooms, and have just started working with high schoolers.

When first working with a student, I try to see what they are struggling with ahead of time in order to prepare accordingly with resources for the student. I will sit down with the student after pinpointing the specific cause of struggling and provide practice opportunities. This can be working through homework together, speaking the language, coming up with ways to remember specific vocabulary, etc. Then I will ask the student to do work outside of tutoring, and bring it to tutoring to be checked over, so the student can become more independent in the language abilities.
