About Eleanor
Learning Spanish with me will not be your average lesson. I can promise that when tutoring with me, you will learn to speak like a native speaker, tell jokes, and possess great cultural knowledge. I currently live in Oaxaca, Mexico and when you tutor with me you will have the opportunity to practice your Spanish with native speakers in their 20s. If you are looking for an opportunity to expand your Spanish beyond that which they teach in a school or in a textbook, you have come to the right place.
I enjoy teaching Spanish to teenagers and young adults because they have a passion to expand their language skills beyond what is typically taught in the classroom. When I teach students, I teach them how to speak and interact with native speakers their age. My lessons consist of pop culture references, movies, music, and even memes. I believe this strategy encourages learning in a fun and innovative way.
