About Katherine
Need help preparing for a Spanish test, homework or someone to practice talking in Spanish?
I am very patient and happy to help you learn :) !
I've been tutoring classmates and sometimes exchange students since my first year of High school so about 3 years.
Actually, I started helping my friends for exams and somehow ended helping groups of students every few days in the Starbucks a few streets down :)
Well, Spanish is my native language and I've been tutoring for classmates and exchange students that went to my same school.

Usually, the first thing I do with new students is an assessment of their knowledge in the language (writing, reading and speaking) and get to know them and the best way for them to learn.
After that I'll make a lesson plan for them and explain it to them so they know what we'll do foe each class.
After every class I'll let them know if they need more time with the topic at hand or they are ready for the next topic.
i've worked with students ages 14 to 18. Usually with exchange students that have no experience with the language.
Go with someone you feel comfortable learning along with.
