About Brenna

BMM tutoring specializes in ESL and Spanish tutoring. We focus on Individualzed Education Plans and work around schedules so that the student is prioritized in order to get the most out of the sessions.

We are TEFL certified with degrees in Spanish Language and International Studies. We have robust experience in ESL classrooms as well as one-on-one.

I began as a college mentor and then worked as a teaching assistant for a professor.

I have a BA in Spanish Language, I am TEFL certified, and I have professional experience teaching ESL at a university in Santiago Chile as well as one-on-one ESL and Spanish classes both in Chile and the United States.

About the lesson

My typical process is to do a FaceTime with the student or meet in person (even if we do online sessions) for a brief chat about ourselves. From there, we schedule a discounted session to see if they like the way the course will be set up and then we would schedule regular sessions.

Mostly university and older

Be patient and do your diligence to find one that suits you. Sustainable learning is the most important thing.

I attended the San Francisco Youth Climate March two weeks ago and was inspired by so many young people participating in civic duty and flexing their rights.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What is your preferred learning method--reading, visuals, speaking?

What environments work best for you? Online, in-person, outside even.
