She is so encouraging and as a beginner it helps! She also finds lots of great activities and exercises for me to work on between our two weekly sessions.

Lorenza is a great teacher - understanding, fun, and goes at your pace. Would highly recommend!

Best tutor ever! She was patient with me learning a new language and gave me good resources to study on my own time. I look forward to continuing my lessons with Lorenza.

Lorenza is a fantastic teacher! She tailors each lesson to the skills I need to keep improving (intermediate/advanced level) and picks topics that are relevant to my area of work. She integrates a variety of learning styles (informal conversation, reading, videos, music) which makes each lesson very engaging and further supports my learning. She has a wonderful way of giving helpful feedback to support learning in a positive and kind way. She has also helped me with translating/proofreading work-related documents in Spanish as I begin to use my language skills in a professional setting. I have been working with her weekly over the past two years and plan to continue as I further hone my professional Spanish skills. If you are looking for a wonderful Spanish tutor, she is it!

Lorenza is a fabulous teacher!! We meet once a week. She is very engaging and shares different materials and exercises in her lessons: books, videos, dialogues. Me musta mi profesora Lorenza!!

Lorenza me ha dado mucha ayuda con mi español. Lorenza has helped me a lot with my Spanish!

I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone trying to improve their Spanish for her knowledge and patience - she's the BEST!

Lorenza is always prepared for class. In addition to excellent discussion, she finds relevant news articles, vocabulary lists, and powerpoint lessons that add more modalities for learning. For example, I am focusing on advanced level medical Spanish so Lorenza comes prepared with Spanish-language disease-related news articles and CDC bulletins. She helps keep notes on new words and uses Zoom chat to help reinforce the spelling of words that I might struggle with or need clarification on. Highly recommended.

Lorenza has been my Spanish instructor for nearly two years. She’s smart, a good listener and a terrific teacher with well defined lessons. She comes well prepared to each class. Lorenza provides study lessons and homework to keep me learning outside of our classes. I’ve learned a lot in a short time and look forward to future classes.
