Typically the first lesson is more of an assessment for both the client and the instructor. Going through and evaluating all strokes from all parts of the court. Also for the client to understand the overall flow of a lesson and what value they receive. We then can pick out what kind of lesson package the client wants to choose and set dates for.
All skill levels (beginner to high performance), all ages (2-97)

I had a great experience with Mike at EMPACT. He was patient and knowledgeable during the lesson. I would definitely recommend EMPACT to anyone at any skill level.
Mike is a fantastic tennis instructor. He hones in on student needs, effectively teaches technique and strategy and motivates and encourages his students along the way. In a month, I have improved my game dramatically. I would (and do) recommend him to tennis players of all levels.
Coach Mike made my lesson fun and exciting. He provided some tips to improve my game that I wouldn’t have learned without his guidance. Overall great experience!
Coach Mike is an amazing instructor! He has super personable, professional, and flexible throughout all of my training sessions. He isn't one of those instructor who sticks to a cookie cutter training regiment. He structures your training sessions to specifically improve the weaknesses in your game.
Coach Mike is also able provides video analysis of your training sessions. Being able to have video analysis of my training sessions helped me dramatically. This makes it easy to see what you are doing wrong and what you need to do to improve.
I highly recommend Coach Mike to anyone interested in improving their tennis game in the Triangle Area!Coach Mike was an awesome instructor! He was enthusiastic and got me really excited to get back into tennis. He has a great eye for ways I can improve, and I saw improvement towards the end of my first lesson with him. Can't wait to take more lessons!
