About Federico
Ex high performance junior player and now High Performance Coach qualified in Australia and Spain. I believe in a comprehensive approach to tennis training adaptable to players of all levels. The last 5 years I was living and working in Australia, Spain, Uruguay and United States.
I am Uruguayan, I am 31 years old. I trained for 7 years as a high-performance player in Carrasco Lawn Tennis with José Luis Damiani, becoming No. 1 in the national ranking in juniors and I had the honor of representing Uruguay in international tournaments.
Today, I am passionate about sport as a means of education.
I enjoy every story. I like to work with commited players and create the habit.
I work as a Mental Coach with Athletes. Not only tennis players. I also worked with soccer players, boxers, rugby players and any high performance sportsman. I have my own method developed based on Ontological Coaching, a self knowledge modern tool. I got My Ontological Coach Certificate in 2021.

We have a first lesson. We see where we are at. I design a personalized 10 week program. I like to work with my players two times a week, but I understand people that want to improve and would like to play once a week.
