About Mikel
Hey, I am Mikel Garmendia and I am a student-athlete at UNO. I am from Santiago, Chile. I started playing tennis when I was 6 years old and haven't stopped playing. During juniors I was in the top 3 of my age in my country and at the age of 16 I was inside Top 10 in South America U16, I got that by traveling around the world and gaining experience and culture from other places than my country. This is my second year here at Omaha and I want to teach some tennis lessons in my free time as I prepare myself for the adult life. I consider myself flexible and open to teach and keep learning so really excited to have a good time on court. I speak spanish and english. Thank you.
