About Caitlin
I have been playing violin for over 7 years and am going to continue for a few more years. Along the way, I have also been able to pick up the cello. I am willing to offer services to younger students who want to pick up either of these instruments. I believe music and playing an instrument is a skill that many kids should attempt to pick up.
My school offers a program to younger students; the high school students can teach the younger 4th-5th grade students. I taught students over the summer and want to expand my teaching.
I have been playing the violin for over 7 years at my school, and play in the school orchestra every single day. I have been able to pick up cello along the way, and can teach both instruments.

It all depends on where the student is already. I will work on their technique, a very important part in mastering an instrument. I will teach students how to read music and the different notes they will need to know. I have music of many different levels that I will use to help each student progress.
I have worked with beginner students that have made huge progress in just a few weeks, lessons really help!
Not every teacher and student will bond, which is very important. If the two don't bond, it is very hard for the student to progress. Make sure the student and teacher connect!

Details
I believe each and every student should be able to recieve lessons without money being in the way. Each 30 minute lesson will come with a $10 fee. If this seems too much for the family, I am willing to negotiate.
