About Ava
Hi!
My name is Ava and I am a music education major at Ohio State University. My biggest teaching philosophy is that I want to make music fun. While etudes and technique are so very important to your development as a musician it should be to work up to pieces you truly enjoy learning and listening to. I like to have students pick their own piece and I will assist with technique pages, etudes, and theory lessons to get them there. I currently teach violin and viola with my primary instrument being viola.
I’m excited to have the chance to help you through your musical journey.
