About Meghan
Thank you for your interest in my violin and viola studio! With over 6 years of teaching experience and 20 years of personal study, I offer exceptional instruction to aspiring musicians. I hold a Graduate Performer's Certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Music, ensuring expertise in both performance and teaching.
In my lessons, I prioritize creating a positive and supportive environment where students can have fun while building a love for music making. With a focus on interactive and engaging instruction, I strive to make each session enjoyable and fulfilling.
As an active professional musician, I bring real-world experience and industry insights to the studio. I understand the importance of preparing for musical assessments such as NYSSMA and All-State, and I have the expertise to guide students through these processes.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, I welcome students of all ages and skill levels. My goal is to help each individual develop their musical abilities, cultivate their unique style, and achieve their goals. I hold a Graduate Performers Certificate from the John J. Cali School of Music and a Bachelor of Science in Music from Hofstra University. Additionally, I have 6 years of private teaching experience alongside 20 years of personal study.
