About Mariana
Hello 👋
My name is Mariana Wood. I have been teaching violin and viola for over 15 years. Teaching is my absolute joy and passion. I have a bachelor's is violin performance and a Masters degree in Music Education and Suzuki Method Certification. I have taught Music theory for freshman college and I love teaching strings to all ages. I make lessons fun and exciting and students progress pretty quickly under my instruction. I hold semester recitals for my students to show parents, family, and friends their incredible strides!
My teaching studio is in Affton, near Tower Tee, and I also teach online. Come for a trial lesson 🙂
Never too young nor too old to learn how to play!!
I look forward working with you or your child.
