About Eileen
I have been teaching functional skills for 6 years with excellent pass rates at levels 1 and 2. I also have my own functional skills qualifications
I have teaching qualifications DTLLS level 5.
I am passionate and have been frequently told how inspiring I am in getting students to engage in lessons.
I particularly enjoy and prefer 1-1 teaching, I am patient a good listener and have lots of different resources to meet the learners individual needs.
I am able to tutor and explore personal development to build self confidence, interview skills and self esteem to help propel learners towards employment or other aspirations.

I am very reliable, patient, a good listener, creative and passionate. I pace my lessons to the needs of the learner/s. I also teach functional skills maths and English for all levels and have 6 years experience. My life experiences help with tutoring personal development and I take pride in using current and effective teaching resources and methods to get the best from my student.
I explain fully my lesson content and learner involvement and adjust my lessons to suit individual learning needs.
I have a level 5 DTLLS qualification with QTLS status. I have Level 2 Functional skills in maths and English and many years life experience.
