About Christine
Having had the good luck to have many good violin teachers myself, I really enjoy passing on everything that I have learnt and helping others to experience the enjoyment and satisfaction that comes from being able to play an instrument. I am ambitious for all of my students, but want also take care to make sure you feel good about your achievements and confident to make mistakes. All of my students develop a love of music and have gone on to gain grade 8 distinctions and entry into National level youth/children's orchestras/training adult orchestras.

Hello! I am a friendly and experienced violin and viola teacher. I graduated from the Royal Academy of Music with a 1st class degree in violin performance, viola second study. Since then, I have played professionally, both as a soloist and orchestral musician, and have also taught extensively. My experience in teaching ranges from teaching at a Conservatoire in Leeds, to teaching in a Prep school. I enjoy teaching all ages and levels.

Christine is an extremely talented and accomplished violinist, as well as being a fantastic teacher. She taught me as a beginner and is a meticulous, supportive and fun teacher to learn with. Due to her brilliant teaching, I achieved a distinction in my grade 1 ABRSM exam and am now working towards grade 2.
