About Icy
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 4 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training with Anahata Yoga which is a famous India School in Hong Kong.
I am currently a registered Yoga Teacher at Yoga Alliance (USA) and Qualified Yoga Teacher at CIMSPA (UK).
I have 3 years teaching experience and I teacher a wide range of age groups from Age 16 to Age 50 with 0-2 years yoga experience.
