About Alina
I'm a qualified Yoga Therapist with over 1,000 hours of specialist training, including a 580-hour IAYT diploma, and 10+ years of teaching experience. I teach a range of styles — from dynamic vinyasa flow to slow, therapeutic yin — tailoring breathwork, movement, and mindfulness practices to your body and goals. I work with complete beginners through to those managing chronic pain, anxiety, or long-term health conditions, always adapting sessions to what you need that day.
