About Annabelle
Yoga has been with me for many years now, which sent me on a spiritual quest to India, where I completed my 200 hour Yoga certificate in Rishikesh. Through my personal journey with health and fitness, I found yoga brought harmony and strength to my life, helping me grow more flexible and open, both on and off the mat. I aim for all my students to truly discover that yoga is for everyone, to tailor to the individual and create a comfortable and safe space for their practice. I invite you to nurture your body and mind, deepen your own practice and share tools with you that allow us to live more balanced and mindfully. I LOVE to teach beginners and intermediate. LETS FIND PEACE IN THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF LONDON

FIRST free session: The first lesson free is just a 10-15 minute chat and consultation, so that we can get to know eachother and I can get planning for you!
