About Manny
I’m a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT200). I teach Classical Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Mindfulness Meditation. Over the past year I have taught numerous classes both studio and private. I have also worked with companies such as TruBe as a 5 star rated teacher. I enjoy working 1-1 with people as it gives me an opportunity to build a real rapport with my clients which I find helps them in their yogic journey. Whether you want to build strength & flexibility through yoga, develop greater peace of mind or simply work on technique I will be happy to help you get the most out of your practice.

My classes are designed to develop strength and flexibility. I focus on correct alignment, breath control and focusing the mind so over time my students learn to enter into a meditative state. Depending on your needs I may also include mobility and core strengthening exercises to enhance your tailored practice.
