I have practising yoga for many years now and have been teaching for over a year, having trained last May in Mexico. I can offer dynamic Hatha Vinyasa style classes incorporating a range of other styles, methods, and teachings. Our sessions are for you and will be adapted to your needs, abilities, and energy.
