As your DJ tutor, I only required the "student" to have his own full gear (at least a controller, headphones and speakers, really don't mind about quality but these are fundamental).
My class will be based on 2 major approaches of djing: the first one is all the practical, which means understand the basics of your gear and know it perfectly.
The second being is what is to be a DJ and what is beyond: meaning how to create an identity, managing your image, playing constructed set and so on.
Which will be part of the lesson once you've understood the first point.
I had a crew in Paris which I was Djing a lot with ( I've got a reference if needed). I also remember how I was amazed when I saw someone behind the decks making people dance, that's why I'm willing to teach people as well.
I can teach collective class but in this case, I'll take 8 pounds hourly per person (minimum of 3 persons ). And it won't be possible to do it at my place.
Constantin is an old friend of mine. I would recommend him for many things, but especially for the way he learns to mix. It's largely thanks to him that I'm doing well now. Moreover, his musical culture will allow you to develop skills in one register as well as in another one.
Do not hesitate to contact Constantin, you won't disappointed!!
