About Lee-Ann
I have been teaching for under 3 years in China as an ESL teacher. I have taught at 3 different schools, my latest school is a private school and really made me feel at home. However, I am back in the UK indefinitely and looking to share and develop my knowledge and experience with new students. I've taught ages 5-13 and learnt that I am more comfortable toth younger students as I can have fun in the class with them.
My degree is in Accounting and Finance, however I prefer teaching primary school classes.

My way of teaching is to ensure the students learn as much as they can at their pace while having fun. I include videos, games, songs, interactive activities, flashcards, practical work and activity sheets in my class. I've learnt that visual aids can really help the students retain information from the lesson.
I also use a friendly approach with my students. I use patience, authority and support to help my students to be comfortable during the classes. That they are learning, so it's okay to make mistakes.
