About Luca
I bring 12 years of ESL teaching experience to my work with high school and college students, helping them achieve both academic success and real-world fluency in English. My teaching philosophy emphasises personalisation, ensuring that every lesson is adapted to the student’s goals, abilities, and preferred learning methods.
I combine structured instruction in grammar and vocabulary with speaking, writing, and listening exercises, using real-life examples to make learning practical and engaging. I also focus on building confidence, helping students overcome hesitation and actively participate in conversations, presentations, and classroom discussions.
My unique strength lies in simplifying complex concepts and providing clear, actionable guidance. My ESL teaching methodology is guided by Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is fostered through storytelling, role-playing, and interactive projects that encourage students to explore ideas and use English confidently.
