About Nora
As a French tutor with over 12 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping High School and College students achieve their language goals. I use a personalised approach, adapting lessons to suit each student’s pace and learning preferences. My sessions include grammar, conversation, and cultural insights to create a complete learning experience.
I focus on improving pronunciation, communication skills, and overall confidence. I also assist students with exam preparation and academic success. I create a friendly and comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to learn and improve consistently.

My teaching approach for French is based on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that students learn best when they enjoy the process, so I use creative techniques like storytelling, conversations, and real-life examples to make lessons interesting and practical.
I focus on helping students understand the language instead of memorising it. By encouraging critical thinking, I guide them to discover grammar patterns and sentence structures on their own, which builds confidence and deeper understanding. As a mentor, I support each student personally, understanding their strengths and areas of improvement.
I also ensure accountability by setting clear goals, giving regular practice, and tracking progress consistently. In addition to French, I can teach related subjects to support overall academic growth. My aim is to create confident learners who can use French effectively in real-life situations.
