About Joana
I have a degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master in Fine Arts. However, languages have always been part of my life, including English, Spanish and German (I lived in Germany for 2 years). I have years of experience as a Portuguese, English and German teacher in a study center, and I work with students from 1st to 3rd cycle, as well as with adults who wish to learn or remember this language. I can only tell you that whatever your need is, I will be at your disposal and I will do everything I can to achieve your goals. Among my principles and professional methods is the adaptation of the classes to the needs of what each student / trainee intends. In the case of pupils from 1st to 3rd cycle and secondary, the classes vary from 1.5h to 2h per session. At each session, homework is done and help is given regarding the subject being given at school. Depending on the type of student's learning, the way they teach, is adapted. I always do exercises, whether oral, written, or oral / written comprehension. In cases of adults who want to remember or learn the language, the duration of the course is fully adapted according to the need and degree they wish to obtain. However, with rare exceptions, each session will never last more than 2 hours. For English learners for adults, you can pass a certificate of participation.
