About Emily
I'm a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a BSc in Human Nutrition with Exercise Science from the University of Westminster and an MSc in Nutrition in Practice from Leeds Beckett University. I've been vegan for nearly 10 years and was a lifelong vegetarian before that. I bring together science and real-life experience to offer practical, realistic advice for anyone interested in plant-based nutrition.
