About Dmitri
With 9 years of ESL teaching experience, I have guided more than 150 students towards mastering English communication skills. I teach learners of all levels and focus on building both confidence and accuracy in language use.
My teaching philosophy is based on personalised learning. I understand that every student has different challenges and goals, so I adapt my lessons to meet individual needs. My sessions are flexible, structured, and focused on steady progress.
I work on developing grammar, vocabulary, speaking fluency, pronunciation, and listening skills through interactive activities and real-life communication tasks. My goal is to make learning practical and meaningful.
One of my key strengths is my ability to build student confidence. I create a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to speak without fear. I provide clear explanations and regular feedback.

My ESL teaching approach is student-centred and built on flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration. I believe that language learning should feel supportive, practical, and motivating rather than stressful or overwhelming. I carefully assess each learner’s strengths, challenges, and goals before designing a personalised learning plan.
Flexibility allows me to reshape lessons based on ongoing performance and feedback. Lessons focus on balanced development of grammar, vocabulary, speaking fluency, listening comprehension, reading accuracy, and writing clarity. I use daily-life scenarios, structured practice, visual aids, and conversation-based activities to build natural language flow. Empathy helps me understand learner anxiety, while compassion allows me to guide students without pressure.
My communication style is clear, patient, and encouraging. Collaboration allows students to actively participate in planning, self-assessment, and review. In addition to ESL, I provide training in spoken English, interview communication, and professional language usage.
