About Ethan
I am an FAA certified flight instructor and instrument flight instructor currently teaching in a Part 141 collegiate aviation program. I hold Commercial Pilot, CFI, CFII, AGI, and IGI certificates and have passed all five of my FAA checkrides on the first attempt. As an active instructor, I understand which subjects commonly challenge students and how to explain complicated aviation concepts in a clear and practical way. My teaching style is patient, organized, and focused on helping each student develop genuine knowledge, sound judgment, and confidence for both their checkride and future flying. I’m an FAA certified CFI and CFII offering personalized ground instruction and realistic mock oral examinations for Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot applicants. Each lesson is tailored to your knowledge gaps, training stage, and upcoming checkride. We can review ACS topics, regulations, weather, airspace, aircraft systems, aerodynamics, navigation, flight planning, risk management, and scenario-based decision making. I have personally passed all of my checkrides on the first attempt, and my goal is to help you become a knowledgeable, confident, and thoroughly prepared pilot not simply memorize answers.
